Platform for high security virus purification

Millipore Corporation has introduced the Viresolve Pro Solution system, a new system for purification of viruses. The technology in the new platform includes a novel patent pending membrane.

Other novelties include a newly designed product format. The membrane, made out of polyethersulfone (PES), is present in double layers and has been designed for high security virus purification while high flow rates can be retained. All system components are made for single use and are delivered gamma-sterilized.
